- Clinic: LPN License or Medical Assistant Certificate. PRN position, hours as needed. Will provide care for the sick and injured under the direction of the physicians. Will assist physicians with treatment and exams. Ability to multi-task.
- Hospital: CNA positions evenings and nights, full and part time. Hiring bonus: $700.00 for full time and $400.00 for part time employment for evening and night CNA positions only. Applicants must be hired by August 15.
- Environmental Services (1 part time shift position): Laundry. Candidate will perform a variety of laundry duties. High School diploma, must be mobile for full shift, lift up to 50 lbs.

Volunteer OPPORTUNITIES: One can receive many benefits from being a volunteer, the time you put into such efforts is appreciated by those who receive these services more than you would ever know. We also provide incentives such as discounts at the hospital cafeteria and clubs.
Junior Volunteers: A summer program is offered for boys and girls between the ages of 12 to 18. Junior Volunteers are provided with an overview of the hospital and medical environment for those interested in the medical profession.
Job Shadow: Saunders Medical Center is proud to provide interested students the opportunity to learn about healthcare careers first hand. High School students in their junior or senior year and college students are welcome to apply for a career exploration experience.
High school students must submit the job shadow request form a minimum of three weeks before the desired shadowing date and participate in HIPAA Training, (Client Confidentiality) prior to observing in any clinical area. Students must also meet the SMC dress code standard and be compliant with current immunization. Students can select from most clinical areas and a typical observation experience is usually two to four hours.

STEP # 2: Pre-Employment Physical - As part of our employment process you MUST have a pre-employment physical at Excel Physical Therapy located at Saunders Medical Center. Keep in mind that appointments can take up an hour.
